Our staff provides the best service around because we treat each tank we maintain as if it were our own. We don't use contracts because it makes us earn your business each visit. As always, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do our very best to make things right. We look forward to serving your aquarium maintenance needs!
Our On-Site services include:
Two scheduled visits each month for maintenance and checkups
Water Changes based on each tank's specific needs
We Will Monitor tank water quality on each visit by conducting water tests such as:
Ammonia/Nitrite/Nitrate
PH
Salinity
Other tests such as Phosphate, Calcium, Hardness, Magnesium, Iodine are conducted as needed.
Check and monitor the health of all tank inhabitants
Check filters and replace filter medium as needed
Check protein skimmers and clean as needed
Clean Algae off the glass and from decorations/substrate as needed.
Expert Advice on proper feeding as well as suggestions and assist on problems such as nuisance algae, fish and invert compatability, and general aquarium health.
We will provide worksheets on completed work, test results and recommendations for your records.
All maintenance customers receive a 15% discount on livestock, and up to 15% off of dry goods. (Discount excludes items that are already on sale.)

Please note: All water tests, replacement filter pads and the filtered saltwater we use for water changes are included in our monthly maintenance pricing. Replacement of filter carbons (including phosphate removers and Poly Filters) light bulbs, UV bulbs and equipment that has failed will be completed with your approval, and those products will be available to you at the above discounted rate from our retail store.
